Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $49 USD.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. AyurFitt has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at ayurfitt@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
